Busan!! (Day 3)

On our last day at Busan, we all went to 누리마루 APEC 하우스- Nurimaru APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) House. We were along the beach the entire day. There was no rain, the sun was warm, and there was a constant cool breeze blowing. This has been the best weather in Korea so far.

APEC House enterance

The first thing you see as you walk into the building is this intricate artwork.

Just had to take a picture of Korea's seat in the conference room ^^

Such a beautiful view!

The lighthouse

The beauty of this place, the peace that could be felt and seen, revealed God's glory even more.

The view was just amazing...

That bridge was actually really wiggly. After getting off, I got very dizzy. That might have had to do with the fact that there were kids jumping up and down and shaking the bridge....

Because students were climbing all over the mermaid statue, many of us had to wait for them to finish to be able to get a decent picture of JUST the statue....

I wonder how peaceful it might be to be like these men, just sitting and fishing... I'm sure having 127 English speakers yell and take pictures wasn't very peaceful.

The mermaid.. alone..

Don't be fooled by this image: there were EVEN MORE people at the beach than is depicted. The gorgeous weather just draws out people to the beach. Plus, it was Sunday, so many families were out enjoying their weekend.

Why, hello Piglet-looking statue!

Ordered a grande Green Tea Frap. It cost approximately 2x as much as it would in the States T.T

Lunch was an all you can eat (in 2 hrs) buffet at "The Party." As we were so close to amazing fresh sea food, and I was craving sushi from the day before, I set my eyes on seafood.
"Yes, Chef!"

Round 1: Sashimi                     Round 2: Nigiri (minus the rice ^^)

    Round 3: more Sashimi

Dessert Round 1: Fruit!! (with fruit prices so high, I made sure to eat as much as I possibly could)

Dessert Round 2: By this point, a lot of the dessert was gone, which was better for me: I didn't overeat ^^

                                                                     Dessert Round 3
